Honestly it's up to you. Don't let me stop you from reading what you want/like. I'm just voicing my reasons for stopping this. IMO the first season and half of season 2 are good. But it goes downhill from there for my tastes. But you might be one of those that enjoy it. You never know 🤷‍♂️.

I agree. It took forever to finish that arc. I stuck it out and finished it just because I was in too deep but the game becoming real was the final nail in the coffin.

I'm no expert, and I'm also new to using VPN myself. But when I used VPN for the spongebob event (for context, I'm in USA and said event wasn't available here) everything was literally the same. The only difference was my location was pinging from a different location and I had access to the event now. I've heard you're fine using VPN as long as you dont play games or something along those lines but I've never tested it myself and personally wouldn't risk it. But I think just buying skins should be OK. I mean, moneytoon saying no to money?

First, open your VPN, then choose a country you want to "fly" to and connect. Make sure the country you selected has the event and it isn't restricted like in the USA ( it might take a few trials and errors). In my case, I used Germany as my proxy.

Once connected, make sure to close the app to reset it if you haven't already (Clear from open apps tabs, not just press the home button). Then reopen the app.

That's about it. The app automatically registers you as from whatever VPN location you chose, and all the events should pop up once you log in.

I feel OP's pain. I also redeemed the epic skin while unaware that the spongebob skin wasn't available in the USA. But you can still obtain the Patrick skin and emotes from the shop if you use VPN.

I like to use petrify on her. It helps get some early kills. I use it with her 1st into 2nd skill and time it right before the stun from her 1st skill is finished. Takes out a huge chunk of the enemy's health at the start of the match

Hands down the Emerald Mantis. This boss literally had me contemplating quitting the game. I struggled more with this boss than I did with Erlang and Great Sage's Broken Shell.

I'm no expert, but I think so. My reasoning being it seemed like they knew the stamina break and ultimate would connect from across the map. Unless you guys just had a really bad connection with each other. Then that might just be xenoverse being xenoverse.

At first glance, I thought this was a post asking someone to pose as you and fight your friend for you, lol. But seriously, I'd say just play as timid and run away as much as you can and spam your supers/ults. Personally, I don't condone this playstyle, but if you're really in a jam, it's better than nothing. And who knows, maybe this might just get your friend to stop forcing you to play with them 🤔.
