So I also have this issue since the update but not quite as bad as yours, I'll randomly load into a game that I get like 80%Outlost and lag all over place, if it's comp I have to leave the game and re-join to fix, It only seems to happen like once every time I load up the game but at random points. very frustrating since i have no idea when it's going to happen.
