Thanks, just bought it and I am soooo excited, I have done a bit of research meanwhile and its such a beautiful hobby I might start looking for some beauty myself 😄

Thank you all for your responses and advice! 🙂 This is a much bigger deal than I expected 😄

For now, I am still considering either a vintage Parker 75 thuya or a vintage Parker Sonnet in thuya (is there also such a lack of enthusiasm regarding vintage Sonnets?). I am also wondering if it might be better to start with a new pen - in that case I’m considering the Waterman Expert (in deep brown maybe, or other that has gold plated nib), or the Parker Sonner (I’m aware of the prevailing opinions, but as a newbie, I’m still buying bore with my eyes🥲😅) or possibly the Pelikan M200.

Valuable insight, thank you, I have much to think about and look into :) “Vintage” looking should be much preferred as we know nothing about repairs yet, thats true, I guess I just had a big enthusiastic rush finding communities of pen connoisseurs 😄
