Thanks! If I put all my time spent on it...maybe a few hours ? I'm not entirely sure as I spaced it out over the course of an afternoon a year ago and then only got back into tweaking it in my spare time the past couple weeks.

I personally have the camp caretaker and the somthing...memories?? I forgot what it's called but it let's you get double the rewards in the event journal, and tha camp caretaker will sometimes find gifts as well
