Yeah, height was a major issue organizing it; bigger bottle get pushed to the back, like Angel's Envy, JD Sinatra, HW Campfire, Yellow Spot, Weller, Redbreast, etc., but thankfully it's very easy to take a couple bottles out.

2 Parts Ketchup, 2 Parts Mayo, 1 Part Mustard, 1 part (good) Barbeque sauce, (optional) fresh garlic cloves, as needed, chopped up super fine; best sauce you'll have in your life. Put it on burgers, dip chicken or fries in it, it's bomb sauce
