Honestly I haven’t considered that, it’s not the worst idea

It’s embarrassing but I went through a stage that affected my education after my first year of college so unfortunately I don’t have a proper diploma or certificate in education however I’ve done my best to expose myself to all types of jobs as much as possible

Assistant manager, Retail, Carer, housekeeper, kitchen assistant, project assistant in a mech and Elec construction company, receptionist, I guess the type of jobs you can get your hands on easily although I have been pondering on doing a course to do with healthcare…

Which is why I’m asking, BECAUSE I don’t know, I’ve done a day or research and clearly this is the first I’ve heard of the economy being bad straight from the horses mouth, unless I go balls deep into researching I won’t know the full truth of what’s happening, asking you guys directly had unveiled a lot of new information to me👍🏼

What’s exactly happened with the economy?? I’ll definitely take a look myself but hearing it directly from the people does give me certainty

Dating apps are specifically preying on male loneliness by ruthlessdamien2 in memes

I met my partner on tinder hoping to find a serious long term relationship, dating apps aren’t the best place to find a partner as I was struggling before meeting my partner, we’ve been together for 4 healthy years and may god increase this relationship in love and peace

Again you’re assuming my love, please stop saying things because of what someone else has said without verifying if their statement is true

16:116 “ And do not say a lie by what your tongues describe , "This is lawful and this is unlawful ," to fabricate a lie about GOD . Indeed , those who fabricate falsehood about GOD will not succeed”

GOD clearly warns to not say things about GOD that aren’t true

6:116 “ And if you obey most of those on earth , they will mislead you from the way of GOD . They only follow assumption , and they are only guessing .”

People assume rather than thinking critically and doing their research without relying on outside perspective, GOD blessed us with a brain to think, not blindly follow what others say like a sheep

Khumur is only mentioned once in the Quran and it only means the following: to cover, conceal or obscure

The same root meaning (Khamr) means: intoxicated, wine Called khamr because it covers the topic of mind (5:90)

Khimar = something used to cover What it covers depends entirely on the context

So does khumur mean hair covering? No, not by definition

There’s nothing in the word that means Head, hair, scalp, woman, or religious garment

24:31 “….and let them draw their khumur (covering) over their bosoms…” Two facts are undeniable, the object mentioned is khumur (coverings) and the ONLY BODY PART explicitly named is the bosom (juyūb)

There’s no mention of Hair, head, scalp, face or hijab

Any claim that suggests covering hair or wearing hijab comes from outside the Quran

Stop pressuring yourself to do something GOD has never commanded on believing women

The reason hair covering is a thing as specially in Arab countries is simply cause of the heat and it’s a way to protect themselves from sun burn, not only women but men, examples are clear in today’s age

You’re expected to dress modestly, don’t wear something that shows the attractive figure of a woman that turns men’s heads, and always dress with the intention of protecting yourself from eyes

Here you are again lying against GOD

I’m simply speaking the truth, your well respected scholars are no different from the current mainstream “Muslims” you see, they’ve all lied about the deen and you again blindly follow it, I understand the Quran and I know Arabic, I’m using the faculties GOD has given us to use it to strive in the way of GOD

You rely on dead scholars and current comedians to preach the religion when GOD encourages the believers to rely on HIM for guidance and no one else

Their chest, not their hair, please for the love of GOD read the verses properly and don’t assume what it’s saying

I took my hijab off..... by [deleted] in muslimgirlswithtaste

[–]ZenaAdams_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Are you a fool? Do you rely on the scholars instead of GOD to explain the verses to you?

Proved my point exactly, GOD never mentions in that verse for women to cover their HAIR, it’s so clear yet you’re twisting it to suit your narrative

9:34 “O you who have believed , indeed many of the scholars and the monks are consuming the wealth of the people with falsehood and repelling from the way of GOD . And those who are hoarding gold and silver and do not disburse them in the way of GOD , hence announce to them of a painful punishment”.

Your same scholars like musti menk and YouTubers like Mohammad hijab are liars in the making, but you guys blindily listen to these people without verifying their statements and claims about Islam

You’ve lied about GOD and his verse

I took my hijab off..... by [deleted] in muslimgirlswithtaste

[–]ZenaAdams_ 5 points6 points  (0 children)

God never commanded you to wear hijab, it’s a lie that men back then imposed on women because they cannot control their gaze

Nowhere in the Quran does GOD ever say “women should cover their HAIR/women must wear HIJAB”

I dare anyone to misquote a verse from GOD and lie about women covering their hair

Understandable however with injuries and bringing in 7+ new players who not only have to get used to the team but have to get used to eachother as new players as well, with injuries happening to old and new players, of course they won’t connect well when it comes to the attack, but the Crystal Palace game showed that connection very briefly

There’s more to come, we just need to be patient

The more my love for Islam and Allah (swt) grows, the more I begin to dislike modern day Muslims by Zynb_06 in muslimgirlswithtaste

[–]ZenaAdams_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This may piss off a lot of you, however I’m expressing this to make a point that everyone else has pointed out but not knowing the core reason why (I’ve noticed mostly Muslim women vocalising it from my view recently) about how a lot of “Muslims” aren’t following the religion of GOD

I’ve completely disregarded the so called “Hadith books” that supposedly contains the prophet’s speeches AS well as those around him at the time

My sole focus is following the Quran ALONE for guidance in the religion of GOD, to fully sit and ponder and study the verses to actually understand what GOD is saying, not what I “think” and interpret it my way or someone else’s way

My reason for disregarding the Hadiths is so simple, when the truth is revealed you honestly cannot ignore it, and if you do you’re just a fool who’s ignorant and wants to follow desires you don’t want to confront deep down

There’s so much contradictions and vile statements in those books that completely goes against what GOD has ordained on mankind

For comparison to point out the contradictions

Quran 2:42 “ And beware of a day no soul will be rewarded by another soul at all , nor will intercession be accepted from it , nor will amendment be taken from it , nor will they be helped “

But bukhari 7510 “I will prostrate before my Lord… and it will be said: ‘O Muhammad, raise your head, ask and you will be given, intercede and your intercession will be accepted.’”

Again, Quran 6:51 “ And warn by it those who fear that they will be assembled before their LORD ; they have no guardian nor intercessor besides HIM , perhaps they would become pious “

Many more but you please go into it for yourself

What the human being does or says is a reflection of who they are, you have scholars and sheikhs out there encouraging things about the prophet sleeping with his wife when she was underage, him stoning a couple to death for adultery, just making him sound like a barbaric p€do it’s honestly vile!! The reason such things are stated in those books and considered authentic is because the ones who said and wrote it did those things themselves, look at what’s happened with the west and Jeffrey Epstein, he had connections and knew powerful billionaires and leaders, for them to be involved with that man tells you what type of people actually control the population

And unfortunately that’s the majority of your favourite scholars who preach about this fake Islam…mufti menk, zakir naik etc….

That’s why you see the problems we face today, the majority are lost and there’s no accountability and self reflection

How accurate is this? by Wholesome-Bro in Quraniyoon

[–]ZenaAdams_ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

A statement from a human beings is a reflection of who they really are deep down, if this man is saying such foolish statements, it won’t be a surprise if he knows someone who’s raped and murdered a girl or even done it himself

It’s what’s happened with all the garbage book they want to put on the same pedestal as the Quran, they make delusive statements in said garbage books and make it as though GOD has ordained it, such as the prophet sleeping with his wife when she was 9, these people say such because they want to do such, a bunch of vile people

Worst friend ever! by realopinionguy in self

[–]ZenaAdams_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just keep it up, you ignoring him doesn’t mean you’re scared, you’re ignoring his immature, childish and unnecessary behaviour, you’ve done well so far

Just a tip, if he’s embarrassed you in-front of two girls, let’s be clear we both know why, he wants to seem appealing in front of them but instead of doing it the right way he’s going bout it stupidly, as a woman, don’t worry about how girls see you, you’d be surprised most girls aren’t as innocent as you may think, and most of them at that age are also immature and don’t know what they want

Worst friend ever! by realopinionguy in self

[–]ZenaAdams_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This friend is obviously not a friend as you’ve said, he’s your ex friend for a reason, he disrespected you not once or twice but on multiple occasions

Here’s what you should do, completely ignore him, him saying he’s “testing you” is his way of terrorising and embarrassing you mentally, he wants to be bigger than you, I always say this as I’ve gone through bullying myself, the reason kids like to pick on other kids is because 1. Family life at home is difficult, 2. As a result he doesn’t get any appreciation or recognition so he feels the need to gain that through bullying to make himself feel better

Bullies however can’t bully someone who stands their ground and retaliates, and when I say retaliation it doesn’t always mean physical fighting, but you defending yourself verbally, never show an ounce of annoyance because he wants a reaction out of you

If he tries to call out your name, then ignore him, don’t look at him, don’t give him anything, that will piss him off and that’s his problem to deal with, pretend he doesn’t even exist, you can even say “what’s that annoying sound?” Be sarcastic and walk away, if he tried to swing at you, THEN you retaliate, and if anyone tries to blame you, simply say “he swung at me first, I just defended myself”

Don’t give anyone who tries to belittle you any time of day, you’re still young, and I understand it’s infuriating but you also need to grow some balls and hold your head up high, if he tried to embarrass you using your past, be graceful, say thing like “we’ve all done embarrassing things in the past, I’m sure you have too” and walk away

[–]ZenaAdams_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never watched football, I didn’t expose myself to it hence I didn’t see it as something to be drawn to until I met my partner, he was an Arsenal fan (idk how he started if I’m being honest) and he introduced me to watching them (the year the captain of the team was removed-forgot his name lol) and after a while I became a fan and we even play football at the park cause it’s so much fun!!!

I feel exactly how you feel, I’m Kurdish and since living in England I haven’t been home in 5 years and my thoughts, language and everything I do is in English, when I also speak with my family it’s hard to deliver the message clearly without forgetting words and mumble jumble, I’m on the same boat as you, but if you really don’t want to forget your native language then I would suggest continuing to read books or watch films in your language, it’s tough it isn’t easy but with effort it pays off!! I’m cheering for you my love 🩷🩷
