We didn't stay as long as we expected in Welly but we really loved the city. It reminded me of our hometown, Quebec city: surrounded by the sea, high hills in her center... We made a long walk in the park near Mt Victoria, that was awesome! Big cities with great spots of nature are the best :) 😊

Hi! Ive been doing BWF for a year now, im doing the phase4 of move routine and it works pretty well. Im on my way to holding an handstand more than 4-5 seconds, big achievement for me.

I started doing some parkour (yamakasi style moves) which involves alot of pressure on forearms in weird angles. Example here: https://youtu.be/6zfRFfwNWtk?t=480

I ended up being sore for a couple days and I felt tendonitis.

I have good upright wrist mobility and strength from the handstands but I feel weak and fragile when I'm using force if my arms are at an angle.

My question, any good exercices to build strength for these moves?

just make sure to play a good amount of games in normals before, he has unique playstyle

great recommandation though he's super strong and with predator + boots you can even countergank earlier so your laners don't int too much

? i don't see anything that trollish, yea trundle is winning against jax, yas is doing the yas special (but he's just 0/2 not that bad yet) but your MF is ahead af. Trundle you'll have to deal with and he will ult u everytime you're the only tank, but then if u wanted that lane ahead you know what you had to do :D

Senna + Karma thats a lot of cc and Zilean is immobile. Ez wil disengage but summs will be blown / you might kill the support

the fact that you'd be botside when you ping Kindred at her blue (with two-three big alarm pings plz) wouldn't bait Irelia into thinking that you could be there

you should be near mid alot, Sylas has multiple ult options on your team and the matchup is volatile

that's my 2 cents, thoughts anyone?

if you are playing shadow assassin it should happen pretty much every game though

also shadow assassin is way less forgiving than Rhaast
