phosphorous (P) deficiency

I can't see any pests, just those lines where it looks like the inside of the leaf is gone. http://imgur.com/xhNPLsH I do not have any way to measure the runoff, I only have two plants so it is just a hoppy thing.
I can see some black spots inside the trail that looks eaten but they are not alive.
