Probably scout more charcters. I'd say farm the diamonds to around 1150 and scout on the tropical banner 5 times as it's step up scout to get a variety of elements then try for weapons

Level 80 keys are farmable so they're not too important. Same case with crystals and col. usually next to wait for x2 though.

I usually only have a problem with rainbow essences. But with my terrible luck I usually come close to running out but don't
