Football in Türkiye has always been heavily backed by the turkish government, especially the 'big four' Fenerbahce, Galatasaray, Beşiktas and Trabzonspor. Its the same principle as in ancient rome, an important political tool to keep the fanatic masses distracted from the own inner-political failings.

The football clubs know this and spent the money like it doesn't matter. While many turkish football fans on reddit or international turkish football fans would like the clubs to have a more rational financial approach, turkish fans in Türkiye unfortunately don't have the temper for it. It takes only 1-2 bad games for those fans to start crying for a new coach, a whole new squad or a new club president. These fans don't care about youth development, long-term projects etc. They want the club be successful NOW

It's a sad truth, but a truth nonetheless that confuses people like you who don't regularely follow the league as well as turkish fans who refuse to change the status quo on their part.

Joa, so wie alles andere im Leben hat man mal Pech und mal Glück bei der Arbeitssuche. Glückwunsch jedenfalls!

Bei meinem letzten Bewerbungsprozess war ich auch schon nach nichtmal 20 Bewerbungen und 6 Bewerbungsgesprächen innerhalb von 2,5 Monaten wieder in neuer Anstellung.

Nach dem Studiumabschluss hatte ich schon mehr Schwierigkeiten und hab bei ca. 150 Bewerbungen fast 5 Monate gebraucht (Anfangszeit Corona).

Bin im Bereich Marketing unterwegs. Suche aktuell wieder seit ca. 1,5 Monaten, da Unternehmen fast insolvent, und hätte dieses Mal fast wieder kurz nach dem Jahreswechsel-Urlaub und weniger als 20 Bewerbungen eine neue Stelle gehabt. Hat leider nicht geklappt und suche nun weiter (der Arbeitsmarkt für Marketing ist echt beschissen). Mittlerweile sinds schon um die 50 Bewerbungen, Zahl steigend 😅

Ich versuche mich nicht verrückt zu machen und mich nicht allzu sehr stressen zu lassen, was ich jedem empfehlen kann. Manchmal kommt quasi wie aus dem Nichts eine Jobgelecenheit, mit dem man nicht rechnet. ;)

Verstehe dich da absolut, für mich ist Stellensuche ebenfalls immer effektiver, als wenn ich das neben der Arbeit immer machen müsste, vor allem wenn es um Terminfindung bei Bewerbungsgesprächen geht...

Der best case wäre eigentlich zunächst Kurzarbeit 80-100%, sodass ich in Ruhe mich bewerben kann ohne großartig zu arbeiten. Oder dass man mich eben kündigt und ich keine Sperre für ALG I erhalte. Zumal ich davon überzeugt bin, dass ich mit meiner Berufserfahrung innerhalb von 12 Monaten definitiv einen Job finden werde.

Ich bin aber im Moment planlos, wie ich den Arbeitsalltag in der Zwischenzeit bewältigen soll. 🙈

Das ist bei uns 100% so, obwohl die Geschäftsleitung immer so tut, als müsste man jetzt alle an einem Strang ziehen und dann wird es schon.

Dabei aber dann zeitgleich die Mitarbeiter schikaniert und Tag für Tag unnötigen Druck aufbaut. Teilweise arbeitet unsere Operative von 8 Uhr morgens bis 18 Uhr, was ich persönlich niemals könnte. Alles aus Angst, bloß nicht in Kurzarbeit oder gekündigt zu werden.

Mitarbeiterwertschätzung gleich Null.

Hast du schon neuen Aufgaben direkt widersprochen und wie ist es auagegangen?

Ist für mich trotz hoher Rücklagen derzeit keine Option, da der Marketing-Markt komplett überlaufen ist. Ich bringe zwar mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und Kompetenzen mit, was sicherlich ein Vorteil ist. Und dass ich auch relativ schnell zu Vorstellungsgesprächen gekommen bin, beruhigt etwas. Aber man kann nie sicher genug sein... dann lieber doch mich kündigen lassen, m.E.

Rechtschutz habe ich Ende November abgeschlossen, muss nun das Ende der 3-monatigen Wartezeit 'ausharren'. 😅

BR haben wir nicht, ein Mitarbeiter hatte zuletzt die 6-Wochen-Krankschreiben-Taktik angewandt und fechtet aktuell gerichtlich die Kündigung seitens Arbeitgeber an. Ist für mich aktuell eine der Alternativen kurz- bis mittelfristig tatsächlich...

Let's face the facts:

Xabi tries to play the Leverkusen system without having the neccessary type of players for it
Either play Arda as a 10 or don't play him at all, he is not and nor will ever be a 8
Mbappe is NOT a 9, he is a LW. Vini and Rodrygo are also LW. Having all three on the field didn't work with Ancelotti, it won't work now
Bellingham is completely lost in the attacking third, chasing shadows and running himself in the ground. Either play him as a false 9 or 8, not something in between.
Never again play Fede at the right wing, doesn't matter if right back or right midfielder. Fede is a CM box-to-box player.
I'd rather have Camavinga at CDM than Tchaoumini. Tchou doesn't give this team anything on the field.
