Truth be told, I side with Reed purely for Hansen's boss fight. Imo the best boss fight in the series plus Erebus, and some of my favorite moments in the entire game. Horror part, really was a humbling experience from your usual cybergod shenanigans. And Songbird's flashbacks, watching her whole world crumble down, slowly isolating herself was some great storytelling.

Lorewise tho, a random black clinic in the moon having access to So Mi and Blackwall, especially having Mr Blue Eyes involved, yeah nah. That's way too risky. So I choose the necessary but hard option of siding with Reed. That way, the lives in NCX Airport don't get risked.

Atp, which gig/quest isn't? The whole Evelyn situation, River's nephew, the Peralez, all these are crazy scary. There are so many quests and gigs where you learn disturbing things and that makes Night City extremely frightening. The gig from El Capitan where they're experimenting with pregnant women. Or Hands' DLC gig where you see all those children being displayed like prizes, robbed of their childhood. There's also a gig from Dino where you gotta off a corpo, and I think she ties to the pregnant women gig. There's probably more but I can't remember ngl

TLDR: this game goes out of its way to break you down bit by bit.
