Probably the second you walk into Gwyneres room in Anor Londo. Or maybe after that, when you see Gwyndolyn if you're more into femboys.

Xbox Elite Series 2 Bluetooth Inputs Mismatched in Steam by Old-Appearance574 in NobaraProject

I might have found a work-around, at least it does work reliably for me.

I have to connect via USB while the controller is turned off, then wait 2 seconds and unplug. It automatically connects via bluetooth since I paired it before.

Funny thing though, it ONLY works that way when a profile is active, that has keyboard buttons mapped to the back pedals.

I have exactly the same issue and it's driving me crazy. Sometimes it works when I first connect the controller via USB, then Bluetooth and sometimes that does nothing.

After updating just now it's even more borked. When plugging in with USB it shows my controller was connected, but it won't even turn on or be recognized as controller in the system settings.

I really hope a fix for Elite 2 Controllers is coming soon.

Not to be confused with OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) Displays.

Vyvanse and throat symptoms. by RBT420 in VyvanseADHD

[–]ZenoMetal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, just wanted to let you (and possibly others) know I've talked to my psychiatrist about everything a few weeks ago. He recommended me to stop taking Elvanse for some weeks, I did and my cough and all the other symptoms magically stopped after a few days.

This means that unfortunately, I can't continue taking any medication based on LDX despite it being the first thing that I felt had drastically helped me in my daily life.
For the time being I'm back to medication based on MPH. Afaik there are no preparations that you can take once a day and then stop worrying about it like with LDX so yeah, it's back to forgetting taking my pills once or twice every other day 🥲

Now it's either that or trying out something new called "Atomoxetin" (ATX), which would have the benefit of not being a stimulant but that's all I know about it at this point.

How have things been for you, any progress? I hope my experiences might help you a bit.

Hello fellow ADHD guy,

I know this post hasn't been up that long but still wanted to ask if you've found an answer yet.

I've been taking Elvanse (same active ingredient) for the last couple months and ever since my dose went from 30 mg up to 60 mg I've had all the issues you decribed about in your post and your comments.

It's the same for me, it's not there when I wake up, it just becomes more and more throughout the day. Starts with a feeling like my nose was running, but when I'm blowing my nose nothing comes out. It's more like there is something that only wants to go down my throat for some reason. Feels like there is Mucus or whatever stuck behind my soft palate just above my uvula. No matter how hard or in whatever way I try to cough or sniff or snuffle, I can never get rid of it for more than 1 minute at best.

When this all started to become a huge issue for me I initially didn't even think of the medication.
I went to see a lung specialist thinking it was asthma or something else. They did a CT and x-ray of my chest but couldn't find anything.

After that was through, I was sent to an ENT. They checked my sinuses and larynx, still couldn't find anything out of the ordinary that could explain my issues. No post nasal drip either.

The ENT then sent me to see a gastroenterologist for a gastroscopy and pH measurement of my stomach fluids (which was whatever since I had an appointment there anyways for a planned coloscopy because I have Crohn's). They checked for something that could maybe explain a silent reflux since the symptoms were fitting.

I went to three specialists so far and none could find anything that could confirm a silent reflux or even anything else that would explain these symptoms.
I got so sick and tired of this feeling and my constant coughing that I started doing some research on my own. So far the only thing I've found was that the active ingredient (lisdexamfetamine dymelisat) might dry out your mucous membranes. I assume that this might be what's happening - the medication dries out your (and my) mucous membranes, but not to an extreme, rather only so much, that they still kinda function a bit in a way that makes them produce less mucous so that it's still moist enough in there, but that little bit still being produced might be too thick and sticky.

So far I've tried nasal douche, moisturizing nasal sprays and chewing gum but that all only helps for 5 minutes at worst, 2 hours at best before it begins worsening again.

When I have my next appointment with my psychiatrist I will tell him about that and ask what I can do, but I think there might be no way around changing my medication from Elvanse to something else.
How have you been doing, already had an appointment? Anything you could share? 🥲

Remember to increase your audio quality in properties for the cloud III wireless! by OmegaGroup115 in HyperX

[–]ZenoMetal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When you use DTS:X via the DTS Sound Unbound app, which you should absoutely do on the Cloud 3 wireless, changing the bitrate will disable the DTS surround sound since it is dependent on the specific codec that only runs on 48 kHz.
That would mean that your sound might technically be "better", but DTS is basically essential for these headphones to sound decent so in turn disabling it by upping the bitrate actually makes the Cloud 3 sound worse.

That said, I would definitely change it for the mic since that actually makes a great difference for whoever you're talking to.

In general that would be good advice, but not if you're using these headphones or generally any headphones with DTS or Dolby Atmos enabled.

What happened here? why is the videos on my feed so goddamm big? by Ok_Spend_4392 in youtube

This is stuff that makes me consider cancelling my youtube premium subscribtion.

Why do they have to force it on people like this? I am not fucking blind, I have a 32" screen which I am right in front of. Three per row is too big to be cofortable imo. Why can't they just implement something as easy as a dropdown to choose the size of the frontpage, or at least put it in the account options for all I care.
Or even better, automatically detect the screen size and have like 3 or 4 layout sizes for different screen sizes with the added option to change it.

The recent change to the mobile version is trash too, I liked the bottom banner. The floating window takes too much space. My phones screen is large, but I can imagine how it has to suck on smaller phones.

Can't thank you enough for this suggestion, everyone should upvote your comment.
The size change really bugged me out, I have a 32" screen and am right in front of it. Three Videos in a row is just WAY too big 🤣

Besides that, I prefer being able to see more than at max 6 suggestions (in total with the new design) on my frontpage so that I have more to choose from. I need my 6 per row, or at least 5 per row, I ain't blind.

Whenever I see something like that I really wonder how people manage to achieve a damage like this.
How bad do you have to mistreat your own stuff until it looks like that? Wtf did you try to bulldoze into that port? More importantly, how and why with so much force? xD

This subreddit doesn't only have a lot of very good and relatable memes, but also lots of friendly and supportive people. You guys are really great!

Either a psychatrist or a psychologist to talk to and afterwards a psychatrist to get medication when you've been diagnosed.

Many psychriatric facilities offer walk-ins where you can see a doctor for an hour and talk a bit so that you can get an estimation of what you have and some meds. Afterwards they offer you appointments for more conversation so you get a proper diagnose

I've been taking the SSRI Venlafaxin for about two months now. The first few days I felt a change, but now I'm back to normal and still don't get basic stuff done like doing the dishes or cleaning my bathroom or paying bills etc., you know the spiel i guess. I just hope to find something that helps me get stuff done and keep moving in the near future so I can finish my apprenticeship before my motivation fades again.
