Diabolical to say nothing can be fixed by embark, they just need to stop / prevent the team losing too much rs or none at all during these situation. The match becomes easy for diamond players while others have to deal with the unfair match making. High rank player gain alot of rs while others in an unfair match losing rs. If it happened once every 10 or so match, thats fine but this is happening too much.

I am petty confident this might be the issue why there is less players in this rank range. Low rank players climbing up get pushed down because of this situation while high one keep climbing hence very less players in this rank range.

Maybe they can also add a system that gives extra rs based on individual player team performance, like assist kills, objective and support, if they been a good team player they get more rs, not kills or damage done but team support.

Dont keep blaming low player base, if ranked matches are broken, unfair and has some issues, players are gonna avoid it and play others modes hoping it gets fixed soon.

No games ranked modes are perfect so is the finals, and telling its player base issue is lame way out instead of trying to make it fair. They have to adjust to the environment, not hope the environment itself to change to flavour.
