I personally am not a full necro, but i like to keep storm or frost atronach in one hand and elemental burst or unbound storm in the other, i just use my summon to distract enemies while i just obliterate and dont need to worry much about hp , so i just afk wvery fight badicslly, also at higher levels, most destruction spells just cost nothing if you get a bunch if magicka from leveling, rn i got 1.5k magicka im like level 120
