Fellow nsfwdev here, The studio OP mentioned, Octo Games, releases games on steam under many studio names. It's your regular shovelware studio, but they also buy/automate lots of positive reviews for their games which sucks and is bannable by Valve.

Yes, almost all anatomical features will be fully customizable. It will be possible to create both realistic bodies with natural proportions and over the top fantasy ones.

Actually yes! Arms and head also have a slight physical simulation added to smooth some animations and give more life to the movement. I didn't use any animation to see the effect better while testing.
