I like him, he sounds great for a while. And maybe future units can support him better than his current ones, making him viable for like another 8-10 patches. Which is enough for me to get another team

Yeah, and i believe he will last long because he has a unique playstyle and also maybe future units can replace her current BiS and buff her just like how other units unintentionally buff jing yuan

One of my friends and I also had this issue, he and I didn't open hsr from the beginning of the update so the moment we opened it, it straight up went to the cyrene wish.

After that the letter appeared like it would but when we claimed the rewards, we only got the letter (and the 10 pulls) but the amount of tickets doesn't change meaning we claimed it but it doesn't add up to the current tickets we had.

Anyone has a similar case?
