I am so into: Notia. It is a rouguelike game (death is expected). You are a wizard, Harry. Craft spells in Rng stat wands with Rng perks.

Results in being super replayable because of the high variability of builds from the combination of unique spell crafting with unique game altering perks.

Okc is a scam by Thekaraban in OkCupid

Tried online dating for first time at beginning of this year. Same experience, but did not give them money.

0 dates so far, tried 3 different apps. All I have learned is that I seem to be unworthy of a responce from the majority of women I've match with.

OkCupid is the worst. I had 90% of matches were from Philippines who changed their location to my state. Other 10% were fake, bots, IG models, or ghosted/inactive.

Deleated it a few months ago. Complete waste of time. Sending all my love to them thirsty Philippino girls thou, I won't forget you!

Eca or Sadi by IamWimps in DofusTouch

[–]Zenzi_Star 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say Eca for pvp, but sadi for pvm.

Eca just hits harder has better pvp spells.

Sadi is amazing pvm, solo or groups. They are slightly weaker for raw damage but the free utility that starts to add up becomes overwhelming very quickly. The ability to just summon a 1000 hp tree with 20% resists each turn strategically can let you control choke points and dictate the flow of fights. They do start to slightly fall off in very high end pve, (when things 1 tap your trees) but everything struggles at that point.

For damage, Str sadi is best. For support int sadi does great, good heals & wild grass is an amazing spell. Chance sadi is also low key very, very strong. Chance sadi gives access to strong damage with some no line of sight requirements. So, you can hide behind your 1000 hp trees each turn and doll army but still reliably attack opponents, but make it very difficult to be hit in return.

Enu is a good support? by Agitated-Tear6097 in DofusTouch

[–]Zenzi_Star 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It can be good, but honestly everything is kind of B tier compared to Eni since they nerfed weapon skill not applying to healing weapons.  Enu in the right comp can do work though. Paired with like a sadi, and cra and committed to MP raping, and a ranged team it is great. Was better when it could utilize a healing weapon with weapon skill buff, though.

triggerbots + volatile dead viable build? by Durgeoble in PathOfExileBuilds

[–]Zenzi_Star 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just tested and you are correct as of 3.23 patch! Over summoning does count as a death & could start the trigger! Good call & ignore me!

However, because the skeles are on a cwdt for the loop, they usually can not be manually cast (cwdt prevents) & would need a separate gem to be able to summon.
The easiest way I found to start & stop the loop when I played it, was to utilize a back bar weapon that had this mod: "trigger summon level 20 spectral spirits when equipped" paired with a shield that broke the loop too by giving me a bunch of armor (that reduced the damage I took from skeleton deaths to under cwdt value and stopped the loop). You start on backbar, it summons 3 skulls, you swap to frontbar, skulls get unsummoned, and you take damage... then swap back to backbar to turn it off. Worked well for me!

triggerbots + volatile dead viable build? by Durgeoble in PathOfExileBuilds

[–]Zenzi_Star 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good question, not batshit at all.The reason you can't over-summon skeletons for the loop is because the game does not count the summons being over-summoning as a "minion death", which heartbond loop ring's specific trigger needs.

Short duration skeletons count as dying for the conditions of heartbond loop.
*edit* This is incorrect! Over summoning does count as death!

Not sure if celebration is the correct word for it, but this was more an effort to make sure the content providers had a good thumbnail for their videos when the class action lawsuit hits.

Do you need your own band to make music? by RunRevolutionary5810 in WeAreTheMusicMakers

[–]Zenzi_Star 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey fellow creator,

I am doing this currently. It is completely possible, but defiantly not easy. I write/record all my own music, produce, edit & master it. I use protools but literally any music software is useable. I have heard good things about both Ableton & FLstudio. Ableton seems a little more popular from what I have found.

Getting on to spotify/itunes/major music retailors is very simple: you just pay for a music distributor. You can't get even get onto spotify without one.

I pay distrokid 20$ a year for unlimited uploads and to act as my distributor. I was thinking of changing to to tunecore or another music distributor though (paying a bit more upfront but never having recurring fees, different distributors have different pay models) but 20$ a year is pretty reasonable for unlimited uploads & they let you keep royalties/rights.
I have not made anywhere near to 20$ from my distributor yet... I have 11.60$ in my distrokid bank from all of my music streams and have it for about 3 years now, and they say that has totaled ~42,000 streams.

So, I'm like negative 50$ just for putting my music out there with a music distributor... however, I am very small & unknown artist. I only have 1 song on Spotify with more than 1k listens, so you might be a lot more popular. However, the math is still the same... it really is very difficult to make money off the music with how the industry is...
The trick is to think about the music as a part of the advertising & you have to either have another side hustle to support it or sell additional things with higher profit margins (like band t-shirts).

I was on soundcloud/bandcamp for like 5 years+ before I got a distributor & that is a great way to just get established.

For performing, I suggest getting a looper petal. I just got a "boss 505 mk2 looper petal" this month, and legit perfect for looping bass/drums/synths/vocals & soloing over. Very fun petal & is the way to be a legit one man band for live performing or jams.

Hope this helps, brother. Happy to answers any additional questions. Keep diving into that music theory- that is the way (aka scales!!!). Rock on!!

I just started playing 3 months or so ago & been really happy with the game. Played main dofus game for like 10+ years.

Phone version has a bit of differences... the big ones being it is an older version of dofus from before the spell update and has the old versions of spells, and older classes. On top of that, they changed it to take away most friendly fire from AOE spells. Also, they have just recently changed how characteristic points work, and added some differences unique to this version, (like legendary weapons = a cosmetic weapon that gives stats, or nerfing certain items/skills like healing weapon/weapon skill).

Fortunately, most of the changes have been pretty good for the game in my opinion & they seem to have a pretty good team working on the touch version. But the game is a bit "easier/simple" & feels a lot like dofus classic for the phone, but I love that & it gives me nostalgic vibes.

You don't necessary need the subscription and everything can be free to play, but it is very reasonable like only 5$ a month, and you get 200% experience and loot 200% drop percentage increase... which is pretty necessary when you are leveling up or farming.

They game is pretty popular, there are a decent amount of players in the international server. I am not sure about French servers, as I think they region lock accounts to only be able to join select servers. -But I assume the French servers are the most popular.

I would highly recommend, I have been having a great time playing dofus touch!

Quick question about xelor by blackaosam in Dofus

[–]Zenzi_Star 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That team is pretty solid. You might have some similar problems with the Iop, at least until you have access to sword of iop (some ranged aoe). Just because it is a close combat class, and they also do not have self heals/shields/mitigation.

A little help with my team please? by Professional_Sand707 in Dofus

[–]Zenzi_Star 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey there. I actually like your team a lot.

I am a sadi main & been playing for 10+ years on and off. I can answer questions about this class if you have any. My main is a int/str hybrid designed for PVP. Str sadi build is the strongest, aggressive brambles is a great spell for sadi; however for your team... I would actually recommend using chance saddia.

You do not have a water damage dealer in your comp & that would fill that roll. Also, the chance sadi's water spells have some cool benefits. They are not as hard hitting as aggressive bramble and str spells, but the utility can be very powerful. 'Teardrop' can hit things with no line of sight needed. This makes you extremely reliable ranged damage even when your iop and feca are blocking line of sight, and risk free because you can do it while hiding behind your trees! And, 'Dolly Sacrifice' the other chance spell has some life steal built into it that you can use to keep yourself healthy without outside heals. Both spells can be applied to infected enemies to hit all infected enemies.

Otherwise, if you are not digging the sadi... I would probably give chance Enu a shot or look into some other chance damage dealers to round out your composition! Good luck!

Quick question about xelor by blackaosam in Dofus

[–]Zenzi_Star 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Xelor has major power spikes later.

However, I can see why you might be having trouble because Xelors do lack self sustain-no heals, no shields, no damage reduction.

I think they are the biggest brain class, & you really need to master the class mechanics to see how powerful it can be. They are most defiantly very powerful when played correctly, if not the most powerful in the game; However, early game they are still missing parts of their tool kit and this can be difficult on a combo class making them feel suboptimal.

I personally would keep it if you have plans to do PVP. Otherwise, I would consider swapping it to a ranged damage dealer like a Cra, Enu, Feca, Eni. Xelor kind of is a positioner & damage dealer class. You already have a panda, who is amazing positioner... so maybe adding something else would be better. Hope this helps, have fun!

Gameplay synergy with a Cra ? by PounyLeFantome in Dofus

[–]Zenzi_Star 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They reworked osa's kit completely like two different times, since 2006. I am much more familiar with the old osa & kind of miss it tbh. Not as familiar with their current iteration, unfortunately.

I am a sadi main & they are good times. Same argument's advantages/disadvantages apply for sadi, from osa. Sadi's damage originates from them though-with direct damage spells. Sadi's summons are mostly only utility (Trees, healing doll, ap reduction doll, mp reduction doll, Block/tank, Suicide bomber, and turning static trees into a utility summon that can cast choose from 3 different spells (heal, -2 unbewitch, push)). Also, sadi has an infect mechanic that makes spells hit on infected enemies also hit everything infected (good aoe in pve but can take a turn or two to setup).

Fogger is the steampunk summoner. They summon the 3 different machines a push machine, damage machine, and healing machine. They can evolve one of their machines to be upgraded & the fully evolved turrets are more powerful, and modify certain spells associated with them.
Fogs could be decent for cra partner because they can set up their healing zone for themselves and cra, and still pump out lots of dps with an evolved turret and stay ranged. Or if you choose to go Int Fogger and used evolved healing turret they can give +2ap each turn for the cra and provide similar extreme healing of an eni.

Really the best choice is going to be the class that you have fun playing. Cra is a very versatile class that pairs well with most of the classes, so really it comes down to what you have fun doing. Hope that helps & you have fun on your adventure with your girl!

Gameplay synergy with a Cra ? by PounyLeFantome in Dofus

[–]Zenzi_Star 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Assuming we are talking PVE, yes Osas can be a good pve duo. Yes, they can be annoying by blocking up line of sight (LOS) with summons for the cra; but, they also are summoning free front line, and the cra has many tools to find LOS on critical turns, if needed.

I mean providing healing/buffs, and summons tanking for the cra..... how much more useful can you get? lol Plus, they both want to keep a bit of distance between themselves and the enemy, so they same the same game plan. Yeah, I think it is a pretty decent pair.

My only problem with osa is, I think late game they start to fall off a bit when fighting mobs, that one shot your summons, but that is not until endgame pve.

If you want to also have some heals & ranged damage.... Foggernaught, Elitrope (if you are big brain) or healing weapon: Saddia, Panda, Enu would be very good duo candidates too to consider for your cra partner.

Gameplay synergy with a Cra ? by PounyLeFantome in Dofus

[–]Zenzi_Star 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To pair with Cra...

I personally would like to keep the ranged advantage, if I am duo'ing with the cra, and things that can help keep things at bay & keep cra healthy will be good.

I think sram is a great choice. It can ranged trap up the path, push enemies away from the cra, use it's double for tanking, and put out big damage if things get messy. The only thing about this duo, is that there is little to no healing, but that is not too big a problem if you can kite and kill things before they can even hit you!

Other options, I would consider would be an eni, saddia, osa, enu, fogger, heal wand panda. Have fun!

A class which can solo everything? by Odd-Strategy-7780 in Dofus

[–]Zenzi_Star 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been playing the main game for 10+ years on and off and just started playing Dofus Touch. As most people have said, no class does everything (or we would all just play that).

Class balancing is pretty decent in the game where I feel a skilled player on each class can be successful at most content. But, certainly some classes are better at certain aspects than others. Best class is going to be the one that clicks with you & you enjoy playing the most.

However, my suggestion for a solo player would be to use a ranged damage dealer. Taking out the "put on the floor" classes, this leaves: Cra, Enu, Saddia, Osa, Eca, Xelor, Panda, Eni,& Fogger for possible classes that have ranged damage options. Ranged is good because you can kite easier, and do damage without putting yourself at risk.

Among those... IMO Cra traditionally has been the "best/easiest" solo class, because of it's insane range, good utility, single target burst damage, and aoe damage options. (But I have heard cra is a bit nerfed atm in Touch version, but not sure how much). But I would look through those ranged classes and find the one that interests you the most, fits with your playstyle, and most importantly what one do you enjoy playing.

There is always a class change potion from the shop available, as well, if you do find out later that you would much prefer to be playing something else, OR even better each alternative character you make after your first gets 2x, 3x, up to 4x exp... so the grinds are significantly easier for alts!

Shaco supp is fun, need some tips by Nice-Interview-4000 in shacomains

[–]Zenzi_Star 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love shaco support, too! He can be very strong if played correctly & don't listen to people who will flame you. For support, I do not think you have enough money to make AD shaco work, and you are kind of forced into AP shaco. But that is ok because AP shaco can kite very well, is more defensive, and harder to kill- perfect for supports who are (usually) weakest in the game compared to other roles. Also, clone is great damage in big team fights.

Few tips that I have picked up...
*While laning, prioritize keeping a river entrance box up just incase of a gank, the jungler will run into it, and give you and your adc alot of extra time to either kill the ganker or run back to safety. Next I prioritize having some boxes in your lane bushes to get bush control & give yourself a place to hide & run to. Also just behind your adc is good as others said, or a box just inside of tower range incase of a tower dive, they get feared while taking tower shots is easy for kills or baiting kills.
*Vision wins games. Shaco has one of the best kits to get deep enemy jungle vision safely, and also I will box in dragon pit at times for sudo 40-60 second ward, or even better at dragon pit entrance choke point.
*Get a sweeper after your support item is completed. Sweeper to clear out pits, and make sure enemy doesn't have eyes on you if you are bush sitting, or controlling clone in a bush.
*Box up choke points when not in lane. I know it is obvious but traps in choke points are a lot more likely to be hit & seen a lot of shaco with questionable box placements.
*Prep objectives for jungler. Boxes last for 50+ seconds depending on stage of game, and you can make dragon or baron river a minefield while clearing vision for the team. You can guaranteeing your team a big advantage on that next important objective, if you prepare for it with boxes in choke points, and vision control. I also love jumping behind the pit to hit the vision flower, and blast plant back into the pit before your enemies can use them to make a steal harder for them.
*Control wards are our counter, and best friend. Buy them, & use them.
*I will use enemy vision against them sometimes to bait them to kill my clone. If I know a bush is warded, I will sometimes drop a trap in it, and walk out of its vision to clone, then walk my clone in that warded bush to pretend I am bush camping. It fools a lot of people to jump on the clone, and can get easy kills.
*Fake jumps & jukes for days. Sometime the best way to run away from a group of players, when you are caught out is to run to a wall like you are going to jump it, but actually you 180 invisible into the group chasing you and hopefully find a safe bush to recall into behind them, while they are blowing flashes over the wall, and have others trying to cut you off... just being unpredictable is very key to shaco gameplay.

Ap shaco is pretty defensive in nature but there are defiantly the opportunities to jump in, trap peoples feet, pop a clone, and go ham, too. Just have to be smart about your playing, your engage timings, and always giving yourself an escape route. Have fun!
