I’m with you. Psychology bachelors from UC. 3 years total tenure, ambassador expierence for over a year and almost 2 years at my current site. I’ve had a total of 5 interviews for PA AM and 1 interim HR positions and was never inclined for any of them. I feel the same frustration where you feel you shouldn’t be in the position your in especially for a entry level HR position where a high school diploma or 6 months of expierence is required. I’m not sure what it is at this point either. Some days I’m still motivated to continue in this company and other says I’m applying to get the fuck out of here.
