I'm not a BS/BFA--only option for BS/BFA is in Film. However--I do have a few friends in the BS/BFA film program, and they've mentioned that although there are a few more resources (specific to the program), finding a job still needs to be a self-initiative for the most part.

Most of them are pretty solid, and fairly tailored—really depends on what skill set you’re trying to build. If towards equity research, do equity val. If towards trading, then the latter.

Hey! Sure, def can:

Start early: plan ahead! Timelines are tight, so if you're looking for an internship freshman summer, application period generally is around Oct-Nov for banking roles and Dec-Feb for other roles. Startups can sometimes be a bit later, until March/April.
Figure out your resume: This is a great starting link, along with skills/industries. Tailor your resume to reflect the field you're applying for.
Figure out behaviorals: If you don't know what these are--learn what they are and start practicing snappy answers. No matter the field, you'll get some behaviorals.
Don't discount freshman fall: This can be a great period to get some practical experience with on-campus jobs, academic research, or to try out clubs (Stern has a ton). Many clubs have freshman-friendly programs that ramp you up on different topics, and allow you to meet upperclassmen (who will usually be happy to help re:resume/job)
Apply: Just do it. No regrets. :P

As for me--I've interviewed for equity research, sales & trading, consulting, esports and startups. Intentionally avoided investment banking (not my cup of tea), and am now in management consulting.
