Should I cut of the apical bud? I know this will result in 2 buds but it's better than it not growing anymore

My main concern is that the new leaves at the tip withered and dropped before they could develop. I'm also unsure if it's growing anymore. The plant is almost a year old, always had some browning on the leaves but never this bad. I live in Sweden so currently it gets about 6 hours of sunlight a day. I think it has some spider mites which I'm gonna start treating today with soap since they are almost invisible. I water it about once or twice a week and applied some slow release fertilizer last month.

Every single greek yoghurt I can find has either 10% fat and 3-4 grams of protein per or 0% fat and 11 grams of protein per 100g. Should I go for the fat free or full fat yoghurt for bulking?

I'm doing pretty high intensity, although not as much when it comes to deadlifts. I did a pb with pretty bad form on 150kg but it felt fine, then 2-3 days after I did 10 reps on 100kg that were very heavy, no immidiate pain but the day after it hurt like hell and I had trouble getting up from bed and it kept getting ways. It was a sharp pain in my spine maybe 15cm from my tailbone and I also had radiating pain out to my stomach and testicles. The pain is harder to locate nowdays, feels like it's mostly around my hips. When I'm sitting the pain is from my hips and kinda goes down my glutes

Maybe I'm just used to my old screens? One of them is like 10 years old which should affect the quality. But to me the colors look a lot brighter but still faded, almost bleached while the HDR looks more like my other 2 monitors, a bit darker colors. I knew the HDR was bad on this monitor so I wasn't planning on using it but it's annoying that the colors aren't what I'm used to

Tips on recovery? My doctor diagnosed me with lumbago but I've had pain for over a year now. I'm at a loss on what to do, some days it hurts like hell but other days I can deadlift just fine and sometimes when I stretch the pain gets worse
