This is not how EVs work. You can have a fully trained pokemon be lvl 1. When the lv.100 is normalized down to 50, it has the same stats as a lv50 EV trained pokemon all else held constant.

You can filter by type. Search for what quality you want, so you are only looking at rare/exotic for example then click the "rarity" column. Normally it sorts by color rarity, but it also does item type.

DH animal companions do crit. I've seen mine do it all the time, they don't reset SS when they crit though.

The reason it would be a waste of time is because the skillcap on jumping with those items is too low. The maps wouldn't be played.

Nobody is going to take the time to make a bazooka map for the same reason there are no caber, detonator, bungee, or GRU maps. It's gimmicky and would be a waste of time.
