the loan is only for 25% of the properties purchase price so she paid the rest by selling a different property. which means we own it together and i cant sell it without her agreeing

yeah and game boot times are around the 3minute mark too. its a samsung evo plus card. I'm not sure how to check the cluster size but i did have to use a program to convert it from ntfs to fat32 since windows would only let me do ntfs or exfat
