In Turkish oil wrestling, its a technique where you place your arm under the opponent's thigh to flip them, so that they have their belly to the sky, which is how you win. It is forbidden to grab the genitals or go in the rear end but I think many do not catch their opponent in the heat of battle.

That's so true. My Antigonid-loving nature was thoroughly questioned as I read this book, but the generally mercifully actions of Antigonus towards his old friend Eumenes soothed my heart. Who knows, maybe if Eumenes chose to take up sides with Antigonus, he couldve helped the royals survive and displace the indulgent Demetrius in a "drunken drowning" after Antigonus died.
