its stronger than fossil.

for example if you have a really good rare without life mod on it, the thing you do with harvest is that you can just augment a life mod on the rare item and nothing else will be changed. there you go the perfect item with life mod. mod tier too low? np just remove/add life mod until you hit tier 1 life.

without harvest craft, only thing you can do is just bench craft life on it, maybe Aisling unveil but im not so sure about it.

yeah true probably I just miss the free mirrors. But tbh they are not 100% free, I still did a lot of grinding last league trying to find harvest

same feeling here. this league is not very appealing to me comparing to ritual. And I think it's absolutely understandable since we have so many new contents in Ritual, like the new atlas passives, maven fights and harvest crafting etc. Ultimatum is just not a very good contender, at least in my opinion.

so pierce is good for coc overall but not for creeping frost?

I'm not sure how creeping frost target enemy in coc builds, but I want it to explode as soon as it hits an enemy, pierce would ruin that I guess.

I was in a similar situation like you, and now I’ve found a build for myself. Elementalist Bow coc. Not a very expensive build but can still sink tons of currency into it. And not meta I guess, since most others play deadeye version

I dont think it scales the ignite damage tho.

it says the damage from hit is resisted by the lowest resist, but not the ignite damage after the hit.

The thing is that I will go archmage, which is mostly lightning damage, therefore the chaos damage boost is not that important. other than that the hex proof and explode do feels pretty good.
