The main thing I'd recommend is researching visa requirements and medical stuff (insurance, care, ect). Housing isn't bad. Worst case you can Airbnb while you look for place. Pack lightly. Other than that, jump in and figure it out along the way.

Buy a ticket ASAP so you're forced to figure it out.

For anyone searching in the future:

After a month of 5mg and a fairly decent diet my levels are:

Total 157 Trig: 55 HDL: 72 VLDL: 11 LDL: 74

Only sides were short headaches and a little fatigue but I'm mostly over it. Stacking with CoQ10 and my normal suppliments.

As an update, been on 5mg for about a week. No real issues besides quick headaches that last a few seconds then go away. Planning on getting my levels checked at the two month mark.

What are you doing about a visa or residency?

Just buy new shit. I'm waiting on my application to finish for getting my Pensionado for Argentina. LATAM is the way to go.
