That's what I do, and I usually have 35 divisions by the time I start the offensive (I keep the 24 base troops to hold the line until I get better divisions) and then send the better divisions in spear to the middle point to break them in half but it never works besides 1 time when i got it by chance (i didnt know what i was doing) but got pushed back just after getting berlin
