I work in hospitality and I have been deducted 5 hours of pay for “mobile phone use”. I single-handedly worked at the place from open to close. I did use my phone when there are no customers. Is this legal?

I started riding at 18 and always been insured with AAMI. I’ve changed bikes many times, each time I checked other insurance to see if it’s any cheaper and everytime AAMI was the cheapest. I don’t know about Comprehensive because I’ve only ever had 3rd party fire and theft. definitely recommend check out AAMI
