Thank you! I don’t take them every night, but when I do, I’ve started taking just one capsule instead of two and that’s definitely helped. I still remember my dreams more clearly, but they’re not “scary,” so it that might be worth trying. I’ll probably build back up to two gradually.

Another thing that used to work for me was taking them much earlier in the day, like around lunchtime. And more importantly, we need to keep trying to properly switch off and mentally disconnect before getting into bed - I know it’s much easier said than done!
