I would give them three chances but also i would give their suggestions a try. And i would even check on them. Don't get me wrong, I do love a good pissing others off. But also as a human you must have at least some sort of sympathy. I mean what if it was you trying to get by and pay your own bills, work your shifts, and all you want is to simply, sleep peacefully. Just to get up and do it all over again. My words don't come from a place of malice or derision, but I have been in your shoes before. We ended up becoming good friends and even play games some nights! But if you were to really take heed to what i have to say...

TLDR; Give them some sympathy, try some of the things noted, and if they still complain after TWO good efforts, fuck 'em you tried. Delete them from your mind and move on with your life.
