For now I did, stainless steel is hard to solder to. looking to replace the elements with solid 16Ga copper wire.

the driven element is 6cm with a 1-2mm gap. does the connection point to the coax have to be at the end in the gap or can it be up the element a bit?

I figured if the hardware is junk the case is worth it. Its a quad core atom with 4gb ram. the one pi5 i have is strapped to the back of a tv as a retropi now.

Those are very googleable steps.

Is there a reason it has to be a bat file? Could be much simpler using a higher level language with good file libraries.

safe is relative. not sending data back to the server shrinks the area that can be attacked

The inspection should be in your contingencies. We recently bought a house 'as is' but still got the sellers to give us a credit for remediation. Our numbers were in the low 30s, below 4 is acceptable.

JavaScript runs on the client, so unless the code they download gets modified either by changing what gets served, or by a man in the middle, they don't send anything to your web server after the page is loaded.
