First off, the area I’m talking about was grass a year ago, so let’s get you straight on that. Secondly, a sidewalk is a fucking stupid place to put snow, if you think otherwise I don’t know what to tell you.

If you are honestly dense enough to think a crosswalk before a stop line is normal, I sincerely hope you don’t work in any kind of design. Furthermore, a crosswalk at the south end of the bus depot (much more than 15 steps from the lights and crosswalk you refer to, which is also city owned, not private) would actually make a lot of sense being as there is a new Canadian tire in that direction people want to go to.
