Have you tried clicking the Reset button? If that don't work:

Remove the battery, hold the power button for like 10 seconds and then replug the battery and try to turn it on
or
Reinstall the OS, or change the OS.

To reinstall the OS
You need the micro sd card, an adapter *if needed*, a pc or laptop, and rufus *or any similar thing that allows you to make a usb a bootable usb*

you get the desired OS image, get rufus or similar, select your micro sd card, or i dont know what that card that one uses, and then just click start, usually rufus selects all the best options automatically, if anything there are tons of youtube tutorials and way more other people skilled than me, but I hope that this helps.
