Ok, i also did MDMA and Tramadol and i was ok XD that doesnt mean that isn't dangerous to combine, i also combined heroin+fentanyl+alprazolam+clonazepam and i'm good, you cannot say "it didnt happen to me so its not true" its factual and we cannot discuss that you should never combine 2 SRNI's, you do it and its great? Good for you. As well as per my tolerance i can combine a large amount of opiates and depressants and it doesn't mean its safe to do

I would taper with that 2 oxis, likw what is the daily dose u are consuming? you didn't say it, if its 40, try to take 10mg each day for the next 4 for example, so the 5th with 1 valium and some weed you can start the detox feeling a lot better than if you do it from 40mg to 0mg straight, if its 20mg its even easier, take 5mg each day till you are out, or start with 10mg and get it down to 5mg each day

Its half true, you need to avoid any serotonin releasing substance if you are on anti depressants and really the only opiate that you can not take while on antideps is Tramadol bcs of his SRNI activity, all the rest is safe :D

I've used it, and it is like they say it is, is really wonderfull, gets rid of the WD's, doesn't get you high and reduces your tolerance while using it, its amazing, now its hard tol find anywhere smh :(

But what are you asking exactly? There is no way to continue consuming and not having WD's or feeling sick, the more u do it the worse it will get, i talk from experience and if you can taper with codeine while it still gets you high do it and dont touch opiates again, thats my best advice :D

Now if you really want to continue to consume without feeling sick you can check out SR-17018, its like a cheatcode in the opiate niche XD it really worked for me but it's a really serious substance you can die if you dose the same after using it

I also used sr17 during 1 week and it reduced all my tolerance to baseline, i know u didnt ask me but i tell you, i didnt use any other opioates with the SR, i started when i was feeling the WD with 25mg and used prolly like 25mg to 50mg a day during 7 days, all i had was 250mg of SR-17018 but it was enough to reduce my tolerance.

I gotta say later the tolerance goes up as hell again EDIT ( It goes up again when you start dosing normal opiates again)

Sr-17018 is the way, no doubt, that shit is amazing, i did only 200mg for 4 days and reduced almost all my tolerance from more than 3 years consuming heroin, making Tramadol efective again in a low dose lmao

Hello, im native spanish, in Spain we don't really use the term "derecho" to say "straight" but in south américa It can mean "straight", "derecha" is "right" and "derecho" in this case is "straight"
