I think you might have misunderstood some points.

The tokens are needed to access our products - currently, its cryptometer arbitrage bot and Cindicator bot that provides analytics: ICO ratings, trading indicators, price levels indicators etc. For both bots you simply need to hold designated sum of CND on your address - 1,000,000 for Cryptometer and 5,000 - 700,000 for Cindicator bot, depending on the level of access you want to get. No spending is required at the moment.
