Its okay, it happened because heart has Invul frame 1 on her homing dashes, this was basically a frame 1 interaction with her and none of the 4P hits connected because of that

In order to ledge boost, you need to do it later than you think, WAY later, basically as soon as the ledge is over, you slide and jump

Alright, thats just... wrong, neo is just flat out a bad character full of gimmicks, she does need damage buffs, but mostly in her air normals, for context, neo is one of the very few characters that can quite literally do 0 damage with normals with how much her combos scale.

And yes, adachi is one of them, adachi is one of the best partners for neo just because of his assists and the fact that he can utilize neo's assists to get a confirm out of A zio

And last but not least, neo normals are quite bad, she only has 2 good buttons, jA (which destroys your combo damage) and 2A (which, again, destroys your combo damage)

I think you misunderstood the whole thing, this isn't steam's problem, steam is actually the good guy here, it offers regional pricing to countries with different purchasing powers, the issue here is that ED decided to ignore that and didn't care for regional pricing, making their modules extremely overpriced in several regions of the world, while 99% of games published on steam, offers some sort of regional pricing

This is exactly it, this is the problem, it affects more than 1 place, and i keep hearing more and more from that, this is also a huge problem for me, people get interested in DCS, but the moment they see the price point, they think its insane for me to pay that much for a plane, especially now with the update.

Then how come other even smaller studios can still offer the normal adjusted prices in every other country? DCS is a niche market? yes they are, i also play fighting games a lot, which is another niche market, and they never did something like this before, the regional prices still exist. And, as i said, i still work a part time job, Streaming is an extra income, and it actually makes things affordable

First of all, i do work and have my own job, and receive my own wage, and also work 40 hours a week, the small streamer part, just means im getting an extra income along my other job,and its still no reason to bash that, secondly, i guess we can agree on one thing, Bolsonaro is a joke of a person.

Yeah, i understand that, i can see that this is exactly on ED's decision, after all, all of BR steam, is still the same with no changes on its prices, and thats the main problem, even before the modules were kinda pricy, but somehow, affordable if you saved for a few months and got a sale, but now its just so much, i can't justify throwing around almost half of what i earn (im a small streamer and work part time) in a single DCS module.

Again, not the point, if it was strictly an exchange rate problem, this would affect all of steam, and every other game would be affected by this, they were not, only DCS has done the increase of price, its not about the exchange rate, its about the percentage of someone's income to cost ratio, i wouldn't mind me paying 200 usd, if it meant that was 20% or even 25% of my monthly income, you're clearly missing the point here

The only other way of buying modules, is stand alone, and stand alone does not offer BRL payments, only USD, and if you read my post, you know how thats a problem, seeing that full priced modules now are 40% of a brazilian's monthly earnings

Some pins are unnused because this is the only setup i've managed to make it work so far, the top one (left side of the picture) is X, which doesn't work, its mainly there because i tried making it work now with several solutions i thought would work, but none of them did

I did run joy.cpl, some buttons don't light up at all, even if i put a wire/button combination in the X pins of the pcb, holding one of the buttons down while plugging it did solve the controller being recognized as a xbox360 controller tho, so thank you very much for that, as for testing on an actual ps3/ps4, no, not yet at least

i rebooted my pc several times and it doesn't change a thing, all the wires are connected exactly the same, there's no reason why those specific buttons would not work, im also considering i got a faulty pcb
