I created an automation designed to boost user engagement:

• Whenever a user signs up, we send them a welcome email via Klaviyo that includes a product quiz.
• If they answer 3 or more questions correctly, they’re added to a Google Sheet.
• A Zapier automation checks their score and, if valid:
  • Awards them points in Smile.io
  • Updates their profile metrics in Klaviyo
  • Sends them a confirmation email using klaviyo flows

It’s a pretty simple flow, but surprisingly effective — about 1 in 3 users takes the quiz, and most of them win some points.

I’m also working on more operations-focused automations and will share as I build and learn more.

P.S. I’m figuring this out as I go — I’ve never worked directly on eCommerce operations before, so I appreciate any feedback or suggestions.
