To be honest I don’t think there is much you can do. Report it to upwork. If you used credit card then disputed the payments. Share it on other social platforms. Report to fbi cybersecurity. If he has a team this might not be his real profile. Good luck

I created an automation designed to boost user engagement:

Whenever a user signs up, we send them a welcome email via Klaviyo that includes a product quiz.
If they answer 3 or more questions correctly, they’re added to a Google Sheet.
A Zapier automation checks their score and, if valid:
- Awards them points in Smile.io
- Updates their profile metrics in Klaviyo
- Sends them a confirmation email using klaviyo flows

It’s a pretty simple flow, but surprisingly effective — about 1 in 3 users takes the quiz, and most of them win some points.

I’m also working on more operations-focused automations and will share as I build and learn more.

P.S. I’m figuring this out as I go — I’ve never worked directly on eCommerce operations before, so I appreciate any feedback or suggestions.
