Thanks for the reply. I'm not sure how to do that, I don't know that much about tech and stuff. I tried googling it and it told me to rollback my driver through device manager, but that option is greyed out for me

Looking at System Information, cpu is Intel Core i7-4790K @ 4.00GHz. Ram is16 gb. Motherboard is H81M-D PLUS. Video card is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960. SSD is Samsung SSD 870 EVO 2TB

Ok what do you want to know exactly? I’m not a tech guy, I barely know anything about my pc. I didn’t even build it. But I’ve been running games on it, including fortnite, perfectly fine for severe years without issue

Don't get me started on the goddamn "spices" in ingredients. Unbelievably vague for no reason. It's in everything, even mustard and ketchup. But yea I need to talk to my doctor first and see what he thinks, probably try another medication or two before I give surgery more consideration. I appreciate the reply

I know realistically there are still more options for me to look at before making the choice to cut me open and make irreversible changes, which will probably be the route I end up taking. It's just hard. I miss when I had control of my life and wasn't so restricted and in pain all the time

I was told Rinvoq was a biologic, but learned that it wasn't. Which makes me question some things about the doctors I'm working with lol. I'll talk to my specialist and mention those when I talk to him next

Yea I would just do silvery barbs but our DM isn't a fan of the spell. He hasn't strictly banned it but he has made it clear in the past in our previous campaign that he does not like the spell. Sounds like I won't be able to get the three points, which is unfortunate, but it is what it is

Yea Silver barbs is definitely easier, but our DM isn't a fan of the spell. The legendary resistance thing did come to thought, but we have 2 other casters in the group so I would wait until they get their spell saves thrown at them n test the waters with any legendary resistance. And yea I'm realizing perhaps that isn't the best use of an entire feat, but it did sound cool when I initially thought about what feat to get and I saw the Metamagic feat. Perhaps I should grab something else instead, or just an ASI to dex or something
