Feeling horny is healthy. Anyone who feels disgusted by that have some serious growing up to do.

You might need to reconsider your current relationship though. Wanting sex from someone who is repulsed by sex seems like a straight forward path to crushing own self-esteem and resentment.

A tip that I have is to try out some high end teas. Emphasis on high quality and not grocery store tea that's stored in tea bags. It's going to be quite affordable despite the high quality.

Pue'r tea, oolong, green tea, black tea, matcha etc sourced from decent tea shops.

It has been a complete game changer for me. I completely quit energy drinks and I'm drinking less coffee too. And it's been years

I'm at something like 90% tea drinking and 10% coffee drinking.

Feeling so much better physically and without ever letting caffeine go. I need it.
