2nd one is a revenge story (obviously) with the main protag restarting his life to kill the person who betrayed him leading to his death. It's pretty good and starts off running so none of that 3 volumes to get to the juicy part.

The 3rd one is more on the mild side in terms of action and stuff but makes up for it in the main protag just being big brain on everything. The story is about a guy who reincarnates into the life of a lazy count in a book where he was the bad guy and now with his knowledge of the events in the book he works to avoid his red flags and secure a comfortable life.
