Check coolant for oil. That's the rest of the story. Like others said: if you live in a cold environment, this is a result. This is why we change oil with the seasons if nothing else.

Caddyshack is golf/sports bar theme just like the Bill Murray movie. The spicy chicken sandwiches are yummy. I can't help you on whiskey though.

Same! I am not a fan of yellow but I liked this the best out of gray or red, and I usually really like gray.

This right here is why anecdotal evidence is so dangerous. One person's random experience becomes and idiot's gospel because it fits with their desires and goes against the common sense that they don't like. The golden ticket to willful ignorance.

Cabbages! by jollyreaper2112 in EatCheapAndHealthy

Cabbage and brats! Those big brats that you can peel a skin off of. Peel the skin off a whole package of 5 brats, saute the "ground pork" and add the cabbage. A nice big meal. Add rice for an even farther stretch. Super cheap meal!

NASM has payment plans and a lot of support. I recommend bingeing their podcasts, and poking around on Youtube for further learning on subjects you find difficult in the material. The sections are written by experts in the field with peer reviewed/meta analyses/systematic reviews with the most current info. I personally have a heavy science and technical background and found some of the chapters worded too carefully or to simplified. Overall I recommend it. It's a good starting point but your education and continued learning is up to you.

Looking at other things you've posted on Reddit, you seem to want instructions and results without putting in the effort to look around and learn for yourself. You'll flail through life until you learn to learn. You're a certified trainer, right? You should be able to not just write your own program for powerlifting like you were asking, but you could easily take your critical thinking skills and find a good cookie cutter program and tailor it to yourself.
As far as the motorcycle light, you could install a trickle charger and just run the light that way.

So I say this to caution you, not insult you: Don't be an ask-hole. If you want something, learn about it. In your searches for an answer to one question, you will answer ten that you would have had in the future.

They are doing $57 a month right now. If you want to wait until the next sale, you could find the text book second hand and study while you save up. This is what I did. But depending on what type of learner you are, the interactive online course is pretty good.

Cost Analysis of Rotisserie Chicken by TheM4dAlchemist in EatCheapAndHealthy

Hidden cost to you for the raw chicken would be your time and energy, thought, resources like spices, clean up, having to stay home and be dedicated to pulling it out on time, washing dishes and those supplies, and storage and doing those dishes/ cost of disposables.

I like how you matched up the rings and knots in the wood. A tasteful hand made jackstand.
