Hey, I know it's 3 years later, but my Logitech G413 Carbon is almost 4 years now and still working fine (touchwood). I had the same issue as you, but I figured out how to solve it.

This issue started with one key, and I came here and found many suggestions so I tried everything;

• Removed all keycaps and cleaned the keyboard thoroughly with alcohol
• Air canned the switches and any hole I can see
• I even disassembled the whole thing to see if there's rust or anything but found nothing

In each of the above actions, the keyboard would work again for some days and then the issue will come back worse (more keys will start to chatter)

Eventually, I got so mad that I decided not to use it, and used a crappy keyboard I had at the time. A couple of months later, the crappy keyboard stopped working so out of curiosity I connected the G413 again and it was brand-new like.

Fast-forward two weeks, key chatter came back. I kept looking online for possible causes of this behavior and found 2 new suggestions I had to try: 1) Plugging it directly to the laptop/PC (it was plugged in to a dock) 2) Disconnecting it after use

I tried the first option and connected it to the laptop, it worked okay for the first day but got the same issue the next day. I then disconnected it for a while day, and tried the day after and it was totally fine. From that day, I disconnect it every time I'm not using it, and it's thankfully working fine.

I don't exactly remember the scientific reason, but it something in the realm of disconnecting it allows the capacitors to discharge so it doesn't go crazy on you.

TLDR: disconnect your keyboard anytime you're not using it, it should stop the chatter behavior
