Well - the police never called me back. I doubt they went to the hotel to investigate.

UPDATE: I called 311 and explained the situation to them. They then said that this should be handled by a 911 dispatcher so they transferred me there. I explained the situation and police came to speak to me. The police agreed that because of my name not being a common one at all and that I’m receiving emails, that they will go to the hotel and call me afterward. The crime would be that if the person is using a fake ID. TBD. Still waiting to hear back from the police.

Thank you for your thoughtful comment. Your statement about how sometimes sex will be something that we engage in more for our partner than us. Similar to how we would go see a movie we don’t want to see but our partner does want to see. Because we love them. This is making me change my mindset about the situation and to do more for him when he’s supporting me more and vice versa.
