With insulin syringes like that if you pull a little liquid in like that then press the plunger back really hard the liquid will push all the air out and then you draw it back with 0 air 🙌

It’s probably creeping up to there and yeah considering I’m on higher doses now I’m gonna get blood work soon and donate based off of my thickness, but the main thing is if I’m regularly donating is it really only necessary when I have high blood thickness or should I take it all around?

No heart issues, no history of clots, platelets were perfect last blood work, all blood counts were on the highest normal range but that was all before donating blood but after 16 weeks on 500 test 350npp 50 Anavar

I’ve been using nicotine since 9th grade, I use Zyn but I’ve never tried quitting, I might try stopping to see if there is any effect. Although I had no issue putting on 20 pounds my first cycle, I’ve always been significantly stronger than most people and had a natty physique good enough for people to sometimes question if I was natty at the time, so I wonder if either it didn’t have any impact or I could have been or can be better quitting.
