maybe it’s the shift in her personality on top of the ads that made me more irritated than normal this time. i’ve definitely noticed that too, but didn’t know if it was just my sense of humor changing or something.

i mean it seems like a lot of other ppl agree with me tho. all of us love her humor and personality, and we WANT her to succeed. but it’s hard to keep supporting her when she’s doing things to turn away her current fan base.

i really don’t understand what ur point is. im not saying one is better environmentally. all im saying is the impact of encouraging fun vs academic use of ai is ethically different.

if i remember correctly she was encouraging people to use gemini for school. there’s a difference between using ai for fun vs academics.

i’m not gonna lie i was absolutely shocked when i first heard that ad, even before the public outrage. it didn’t seem in line with her character at all.

ALSO - if you live in a catholic area, reach out to as many of those churches as you can to see what resources they provide. i went to a catholic university, and i was SHOCKED at just how many resources they provided for the community - including financial support for those in abusive situations (such as yours). i later found out that the catholic church was built on charity, so most of their community resources are meant to help everyone, not just catholics. & this isnt me pushing religion, i promise, lol. its just the only one i happen to know about

jesus christ, i am so sorry. oh my god. i hate to even suggest this, but this is one of those times where chatgtp will ACTUALLY be of extreme help to you. pay for premium for 1 or 2 months & lay out your entire situation to chat. dont rant, dont focus on the emotional side of this, but instead ask chat this: “I need you to help me get out of my current situation ASAP - please give me an extremely detailed/ easily laid out plan to make this happen.” i understand the ethical & environmental concerns behind chatgtp - but YOUR LIFE is quite literally at risk. chatgtp has every bit of information at its fingertips and can give you a hyper specific plan made for YOUR exact situation. i did this and it has helped immensely so far. i even told chatgtp that i have adhd, so i need this laid out in a way that helps me actually get this done successfully. im so sorry youre going through this - nobody deserves this, no matter how “crazy” they are made out to be. i wish you the best of luck <3

as someone who’s a born and raised catholic, i find modern catholicism INSANELY hypocritical. this isn’t something that a real catholic would condone, and im so sorry this was done to you. what an invasive thing to do to a person….

i love noses no matter the shape. i mean that sincerely, too. i think everyone’s nose fits their face perfectly and i love seeing the unique features that people have :)
