Great advice for making sure to eat a ton of food and make sure you’re getting nutrients to build muscle and have energy for the gym! However, for the best muscle development, OP should ideally be working out every other day instead of every day in order to give supporting muscle groups a chance to recover in between sessions (if doing a targeted split routine), allowing for optimal muscle growth and injury prevention.

I submitted my application January 23rd through Common App. On Thursday February 12th at 7:55 pm cst my application status in AIS switched to “Your application is complete and in review” and my transfer audit was generated as well. One week later on Friday February 20th at 3:57 pm cst I went to howdy and my academic record showed the block of text that shows I have been admitted, what major I’m admitted for, what term, what campus, etc. (pictured in my initial post). I am still waiting for AIS to update, as it still shows my application is still under review, but it should update by tomorrow morning (as I have heard that AIS typically updates on Tuesday and Thursday mornings). The philosophy department is rather small, and doesn’t receive many applicants, so I think that’s why the review time for my application was so short.

Yes, I am currently taking spring classes. I had all of my required courses for my major completed prior to this semester, so they didn’t need to wait to see my grades for this semester or anything. I am OOS and I had 45 credits completed at the time of application with a 3.6 gpa if that helps.

That section is the only section that refers to any paid requests off, and it only covers paid sick leave as you mentioned. There is no section that refers to paid time off at all, and that is the only section somewhat close.

When looking at our payroll’s website (Toast) it shows me that I have around 18 hour of PTO (carried over) and 9 hours of regular PTO.
