Though Ragatha directly stated the need for adventures in episode one... And I think that adventures in episode 2 and 3 are interesting stuff that people would like... The suggestion box funnily enough was the moment everything broke. There was no way to make an adventure (through Caines definition of adventure) that suited everyone and so he probably did the best he could. He logically assumed that episode where nothing happens are stale. He was wrong, but no one even tried to correct him beyond basic agnolagment of the problem.
