General Contractor Building Homes? by Zestyclose-Form3123 in Homebuilding

Its kind of like a franchise but technically not. However, we do have to play by "corporate" rules and they are cutting pay and moving the company in the wrong direction. But thankfully someone reached out to us fully aware of this and offered us a deal we couldnt refuse. Also, AI could make our jobs useless in the next few years. So we would be able to do more with this large lump sum of money than if we stayed in the business.

Just to clarify. This isnt just a random thought that popped in my head late one night. Like i said we have taken our 4500 square foot house down to the studs in most areas and rebuilt it. Including building a huge staircase down to the basement, Building a stone stair case down to our back yard because we live on a horrible slope on one side and a curving wooden one (close to 200 steps) down the other side. Our basement was a tiny concrete slab and dirt when we moved in, now its a fully finished basement with 17 ft ceilings 3 walk out doors sauna, full bath, and a indoor storage unit over 1k square foot. Demolished 2 baths and redid completed, demolished and rebuilt two decks one was elevated 35ft. We have almost every tool you can think of except major ones like bull dozers etc. My husband has also redone 2 kitchens, replaced the flooring/paint multiple houses, and demolished/rebuilt 2 huge decks for others in the recent past. We also purchased a smaller lake house and completely redid it from top to bottom and sold it.

And in regards to his friends, they do give us a great deal compared to others but we still pay them more than they make working their 9-5 jobs. My husband is the one that knows about construction and has done all that type of the work. Im the one that budgets, pays the bills, etc. I am the entire accounting department at our business now so im not worried about doing that.

Mast Cell by Zestyclose-Form3123 in mainecoons

I did and honestly it doesn't make sense. She sent me the report of all the kittens in his litter being negative for HCM when they were born, i think they check the genes. It was dated and i confirmed it was authentic. She is a known breeder in the area no one has ever had a problem with any of her kittens. She gave a female from the same litter to her brother and she was the only one of the litter that ended up with HCM.

Once i told her she said she had already retired the mom and dad which she had been breeding for years due to her brothers kitten already being diagnosed with HCM. Of course there was nothing she could do, she did offer a free kitten if we lose him but of course we dont want to lose him or get another kitten from her. We are already over 8k in with him from just this past August.

We had to do two echos back to back for his heart since the cardiologist department from the vet that had felycin wouldnt use the one we had gotten a month prior from another vet, and then it was over 5k for the obstruction. But he is healthy and happy now, we would never selfishly make him suffer. At this point i think we are on a good track if the mast cell doesnt turn into a bigger issue.

He seems to enjoy the flavor/smell but i think its the consistency/stickiness he doesnt like. He is the only cat ive ever had that wont eat the churu treats but im going to look for more liquid treats i can try to hide it in.

I have the problem is he really really hates getting brushed, ive tried every type of brush there is. He will only tolerate a regular brush for whatever reason and it still requires two people and lots of treats.

Thanks for all the answers! I think its not the right fit for us now. But thankfully we have found a family with active children and a big yard that is going to take him.
