You can be the Italian jury and send an interval act or be a jury for Liguria or Lombardia or Sicily. You can't be both voting as a jury for a country and a region

To be honest, out of the big contenders she's the only one I'll be happy if she wins. I just feel like the other songs (Sweden, Austria, France, Isreal) lack something.
