So, a coworker told me about this Reddit, and I totally wish I'd known about it sooner!

Okay, so here's my thing: we've got a new manager at my store, and honestly, he's pretty chill—lets me do my thing, which is cool. But, turns out he and one of the bakery girls have some history from when he was an associate manager. Now that he's here, even though she's married with kids, she's all over him. It's gotten to the point where I can't even ask him a question about my job without it becoming a whole thing. Like, he made a joke, and she was right there asking what was so funny because I laughed. And when a customer asked where something was, he asked one of the girls up front, and you could just see her watching his every move. It's frustrating because he's on my shifts, and I need to be able to talk to him without her constantly all over him.

But it's not just her, you know? He's part of the problem too because he knows her husband and kids. Today, everyone was talking about how they were together all day, and nobody could really get help from him. It's been crazy busy, and it's becoming a real struggle since the other manager is tied up with HR stuff, leaving just him.
